Frozen Berries With Hot White Chocolate Sauce Inspired By Felicity Cloake
Frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce – this has to be one of the simplest, and one of the most delicious puds ever. Felicity Cloake talked about it in her episode of Desert Island Dishes, so I made it in her honour.
Note: I put this up on Instagram and someone said they make the sauce with yogurt instead of cream which I haven’t tried but which I think sounds delicious!
To make the sauce simply take equal quantities of double cream and white chocolate.
Heat the cream gently in a pan until just before boiling and then remove from the heat and add the chopped up white chocolate.
Keep stirring until it’s all melted. Serve a plate of frozen berries to each guest and allow them to pour their own sauce. It’s interactive, and it’s fun (and really delicious)
