My guest today is Sophie Wyburd.
Sophie is a cook and recipe developer.
After deciding to embark on a career in food while in her final year at university, she then trained at the world-famous Leith’s before working as a food stylist and as a chef at Quo Vadis. She made a name for herself in the world of food as Head of Food at Mob, the online food magazine. And has since gone on to host supper clubs, a podcast and having amassed a loyal army of followers, she took the leap to go freelance last year.
Sophie says her food represents comfort first and foremost…
