Parsnips - choose nice fat ones about the same size as each other so they cook evenly
Honey - something mild and runny will work best here - we like Rowse
Plain flour - sold as all purpose flour in the US
Sunflower oil - or any other light neutral oil
Sea salt

ONE: Peel and slice the parsnips lenghtways.
TWO: Par-boil in a saucepan for around 7 minutes and drain. Allow to steam dry.
THREE: Place the parsnips back in the pan and toss in the flour along with a good pinch of salt. Drizzle over the oil and shake until coated.
FOUR: Place the parsnips in the air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes, or until they are golden and crisp.
FIVE: Drizzle over the honey and air fry for a further 5 minutes.
