Brie and Cranberry Filo Parcels

These easy 4-ingredient Brie and Cranberry Filo Parcels take under 30 minutes to make and bake, and can easily be made a head for drinks parties!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack filo pastry
  • 1 wedge of brie
  • 1 jar cranberry sauce
  • 50 g melted butter

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 190c fan / 170c /375f. Slice the filo pastry sheets into even shaped squares large enough to wrap up a cube of brie.
  • Dice the brie into bite size cubes.
  • Brush one filo square with butter, then place another sheet on top in a star shape.
  • Brush with more butter then place a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the centre.
  • Top with a cube of brie, wrap up and press the top to create a parcel.
  • Once you have created all of your parcels place on a baking tray and brush the outsides with more butter.
  • Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Make sure you are using a vegetarian-friendly cheese if this matters to you!
