Made with silken tofu, this protein chocolate mousse is so delicious and packed with protein, as the name would suggest.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 300g silken tofu
  • 180g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Raspberries to serve

Instructions

  1. Drain the liquid from the tofu and then pop everything into a blender. I use my nutribullet for this.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy and well combined. Pour into two serving glasses and chill in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
