Ooof this is so good. Cavolo Nero gnocchi - surprisingly simple to make and incredibly delicious. Served with a brown butter and sage sauce, and lots of Parmesan, obvs. I’m obsessed with cavolo nero at this time of year, it’s so good in so many ways, and this is one of my favourite ways to have it.

Let’s make lunch. These roasted sweet potatoes filled with a herby nutty lentil salad with pomegranate, plenty of humous, feta and quick pickled scrunched red onion are so good. You can make a big batch of the lentil salad and then simply pop the sweet potato in the oven and forget about it for 45 mins.
