These simple Maple and Butter Glazed Carrots is the ultimate 3-ingredient recipe for upgrading your festive side dish of carrots this year!

Ingredients

  • 500g carrots
  • 50g butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, chop off the woody end and slice lengthways.
  2. Boil for around 5 minutes until tender, drain and allow to steam dry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the butter and maple syrup to the pan, return the carrots and shake to coat the carrots. Pop a lid on and they will sit happily for a while until ready to be served.

Notes

Add salt to the finished carrots if you're not using salted butter.
