Air Fryer Honey Glazed Parsnips

- 500g parsnips
- 1 tbsp flour
- sunflower oil
- sea salt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Peel and slice the parsnips lengthways.
- Par boil in a saucepan for around 7 minutes and drain. Allow to steam dry.
- Place the parsnips back in the pan and toss in the flour along with a good pinch of salt, drizzle over the oil and shake until coated.
- Place the parsnips in the air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes or until they’re golden and crisp.
- Drizzle the honey all over the parsnips and air fry for a further 5 minutes.
Notes
To get ahead, you can par-boil the parsnips, steam them and toss them with the flour ahead of time to help you juggle different side dishes.
