1 x 425g tin creamed sweetcorn
1 x 198g tin sweetcorn, drained (about 157g drained)
75g plain flour
25g cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
1 spring onion, finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Sunflower oil, for frying
